• Notify Me: Email addresses you provide to be notified about upcoming products like the Sense Series.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are our primary payment methods.

4. Google Home Integration

Our devices integrate with the Google Home platform. When you link your Google account:

• We receive your Google account email to associate it with your device
• Google may receive device state data to enable voice control and remote access features
• Your use of Google Home is also governed by Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

We only request the minimum permissions necessary to operate the Google Home integration. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or other Google services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Google: As required to operate the Google Home platform integration
• Service Providers: Third-party services we use to operate our business (e.g., email providers), who are contractually bound to keep your data secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Our platform uses encrypted communications and access controls to safeguard your data. However, no internet-based service is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your ThingsBoard device credentials are stored securely and never exposed to third parties outside of the authorized Google Home integration.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill orders, and comply with our legal obligations. Order records are retained for up to 3 years for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
