We stand behind every installation we carry out. This policy sets out what we are responsible for, what your warranty covers, how to make a claim, and what falls outside our coverage. Please read it before confirming your order.
You may cancel your order at any time before our technician arrives for installation — at no cost and with no questions asked. Once you have confirmed a date, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can reschedule our team accordingly.
We encourage you to ask any questions you have before confirming. Our team is available via WhatsApp and will walk you through anything you are unsure about before any commitment is made.
GetSmart provides a complete end-to-end service. Before installation begins, our technician conducts a full briefing covering how the system works, what each device does, and how to use the app and voice control. A second walkthrough is completed after installation is finished.
Because the service is fully delivered and confirmed by both parties at handover, we do not accept returns or refunds on the basis of a change of mind once installation is complete. This is standard practice for professional installation services.
Important: If you have any doubts about whether the system suits your needs, raise them before the installation visit. We would rather reschedule than have a dissatisfied customer.
All GetSmart devices come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers:
If your device develops a warranted fault, we will repair or replace it — including the reinstallation — at no cost to you.

If any issue arises directly as a result of our installation — such as a switch not functioning correctly, a device failing to connect, or anything not working as demonstrated during handover — contact us immediately. We will return within 24 hours to diagnose and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
This installation guarantee has no time limit. If a problem is traced back to how we installed the device, we fix it. Period.
Your device warranty is automatically and permanently voided if any of the following occur:
Warranty void determinations are made by GetSmart technicians upon inspection and are final.
Your product price includes the first year of premium access to the GetSmart ecosystem — including full Google Home integration, automation features, and priority support. After the first year, customers may choose to continue with a premium support plan or remain on basic access.
Premium plan benefits include:
Basic access (no plan): Customers who do not renew retain basic device control through the GetSmart platform. Advanced automation, voice integration, and priority support are not included under basic access.
Premium plan pricing and terms are communicated separately and are subject to change. Your first year is always included in your product price.
If your device develops a fault after the warranty period, or if the fault is not covered under warranty, we still offer paid repair services. Contact us for a diagnosis and quote. We will always be upfront about costs before any work is carried out.
Replacement devices are available for purchase. Our team can install a replacement during a scheduled visit.
GetSmart.PK is not liable for delays or failures in service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: power outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, supplier delays, or third-party platform outages (such as Google Home service interruptions).
