Refund & Return Policy

7-Day Return Window

If you're not satisfied with your GetSmart device for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days of installation. The device must be in its original working condition and unmodified.

• Contact us within 7 days of installation via WhatsApp or email
• Our technician will visit to remove and collect the device
• Full refund processed within 3–5 business days

Warranty & Defects

All GetSmart devices come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. If your device stops working due to a defect:

• We will repair or replace the device at no cost
• Replacement installation is also free of charge
• Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse

Installation Issues

If there are any issues arising from the installation itself (e.g. a switch not working correctly after setup), contact us immediately. We will return within 24 hours to resolve it at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Devices damaged by power surges, water, or physical mishandling
• Return requests made after the 7-day window
• Devices that have been modified or tampered with
