1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting getsmart.pk, placing an order, or using our smart home products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

GetSmart.PK is operated from Lahore, Pakistan. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

2. Products & Services

GetSmart.PK provides smart home automation devices (currently the Origin One and Origin Pro) along with professional installation and ongoing support services. Our devices integrate with the Google Home platform to enable voice control and remote access.

Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes affecting an order you have already placed.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order through our website or via WhatsApp:

• You will receive an order confirmation with a unique order number
• We will contact you by phone to confirm the order and schedule installation
• Payment is due at the time of installation (Cash on Delivery) or before installation (Bank Transfer)
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include professional installation
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if we cannot fulfill them due to availability or service area constraints

4. Installation

Professional installation is included in the device price. Our installation service includes:

• Fitting the device inside your existing switch panel
• Wi-Fi and Google Home configuration and setup
• A walkthrough demonstration of all features

You are responsible for ensuring a suitable Wi-Fi connection is available at the installation location. Installation is currently available primarily in Lahore; we will confirm availability for other cities at the time of order.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your GetSmart device:

• Contact us within 7 days of installation to report any issues
• Devices with manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period
• Returns due to change of mind may be subject to a return visit fee
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer)

We do not offer refunds for products that have been damaged due to improper use, power surges, or tampering with the device after installation.

6. Warranty

All GetSmart devices come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by the customer
• Damage caused by power surges or unstable electrical supply
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
• Software issues arising from Google Home platform changes beyond our control

7. Google Home Platform

Our devices operate through the Google Home platform. You acknowledge that:

• A Google account is required to use voice control and remote access features
• The availability and functionality of Google Home features is subject to Google's own terms and policies
• We are not responsible for any changes Google makes to its platform that affect our device integration
• Internet connectivity is required for remote access features; local physical switches will always remain functional

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, GetSmart.PK's liability for any claim arising from our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to other property resulting from use of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on getsmart.pk, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GetSmart.PK and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
